Almost every time I book a taxi I get lied to about how long it is going to be and the people at the office are no help what so ever. After having problems multiple times I am now pushed to let everyone know not to use roadrunners or at least do NOT trust a thing they say, most of the drivers are fine and do their jobs properly but the management system is outrageous. After being told 6 times (yes I had to call them 6 times) to find out how long my taxi would be every time I was told 10/15mins when I waited overall an hour and a half, I finally called to cancel the taxi which was appearing to never turn up I also asked to speak to a manager (we have been told is called Rachel) I was told they would phone back and after a few days clearly she isn't going to. Quite sad the actual manager cannot deal with customer problems.. on top of all of this the people at the office didn't even cancel my taxi which arrived after 2 hours of booking and I was still charged over my card for a taxi I never took and tried to cancel. pathetic. I suggest everyone uses another taxi service until roadrunners can get some educated people to do their jobs.
